10+ years designing products, with the last 6 via my independent design practice, Great Pen. Most of my work involves operational systems for people who work under pressure: fraud investigators, compliance analysts, finance teams, delivery drivers making decisions in a parking lot.

In a past life, I drove a forklift for a Taiwanese computer company and once hand modeled for a Pop Secret ad.
